Welcome to lfc8. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the lfc8 platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other interface provided by lfc8 — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. This acceptance takes effect from the very first moment you use the lfc8 platform.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same or equivalent payment method used for the deposit. lfc8 reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of terms. The general terms applicable to all lfc8 bonuses are as follows:

Lfc8 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet suspected of being placed with fraudulent intent, using illegal insider information, or under circumstances that clearly provide an unfair advantage to the player.

As an lfc8 member, you agree to uphold the following standards of conduct when using the platform:

Violation of any of the above rules may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of your account, forfeiture of all credit balances, and legal action where applicable. lfc8 cooperates fully with Malaysian authorities in cases involving financial crime or illegal activity.

Lfc8 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any member account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraud, attempted fraud, or any activity suspected to be unlawful.
• Failure to comply with identity verification requests within the specified timeframe.
• Account balances that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no transactions.
• Player's own request to close their account — including the self-exclusion option.

In cases of termination due to a breach of terms, lfc8 reserves the right to forfeit all credit balances, including deposited funds, winnings, and unclaimed bonuses. In cases of termination at the player's request or due to inactivity, any valid credit balance will be returned to the player following the required identity verification.

Any account termination decision made by lfc8 is final. Members may submit a written appeal to the lfc8 support team within 30 days of the termination notice date for reconsideration.

The lfc8 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While lfc8 makes every effort to keep the platform running smoothly at all times, we make no guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption, errors, or downtime.

Lfc8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from:

• Service disruptions due to system maintenance or circumstances beyond lfc8's control.
• Betting losses resulting from game outcomes or sports match results that did not go in the player's favour.
• Unauthorized access to a member's account resulting from the member's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
• Deposit or withdrawal processing delays caused by third parties, including banks and e-wallet providers.
• Data loss resulting from device failure or network issues on the player's end.

Lfc8's maximum liability to any player under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their lfc8 account in the 30 days preceding the claim.
